We are seeking to recruit dynamic and high calibre individual. The HR manager will be essential to the company in order to ensure that the company can hire, develop and retain the right talent in accordance with our strategic objectives, to be an employer of choices.  

We are currently looking to recruit HR Manager for our offices in Nicosia.

HR MANAGER

The responsibilities:

  • Coordinate management team in order to identify staffing needs and conduct workforce planning
  • Determine selection criteria and design relevant assessment tools/interview guides for each position and ensure that management is aware and trained to administer them
  • Source potential candidates through various online and offline channels and advise management on hiring
  • Performing administrative activities such as processing, verifying and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, training, performance evaluations and classifications
  • Oversee and maintain a performance appraisal system 
  • Handle all legal and employment procedures for new members of the team
  • Called to use critical thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of variable solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Providing support to employees – responding to queries and resolving issues in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, HR policies and practices
  • Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
  • Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development
  • Managing exit procedures – conducting exit interviews and administrating exit formalities 
  • Performing general office support functions
  • Act as a brand ambassador of the company

The individual:

  • University Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or any other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in an HR Administrator
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Confidentiality and discretion  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of Cyprus Employment Law
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills – ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, confident and professional
