Overview

A fine opportunity for recent computer engineering graduates. The incumbents will give Support Services to all of Newcytech’s clients according to the agreed terms & conditions with them.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation/support for workstations & notebooks
• Hardware and software support for workstations & notebooks
• Hardware and software support for servers
• Support Windows Platforms
• Installation and configuration (antivirus/backups)
• Set-up small networks (wireless)
• Implementation and support of various cloud solutions and services

Qualifications and Skills

• University or College Degree within the field of IT/Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar positions.
• One year of Active Directory Experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure will be considered and advantage.
• Independent judgment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure/365 will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client service skills, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems.

Reporting

To Technical Services Director Head Office, Nicosia.

Remuneration
