CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding FinTech Group that includes Neo Banking, Social Crypto Investing and Online Trading solutions to an ever increasing client base, we are seeking to recruit a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team based in Limassol. The successful applicant primarily be responsible for reviewing and analysing data from multiple internal and external sources as well as managing and administering business intelligence infrastructure and solutions across the business, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You should hold an academic background in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or any other relevant field and possess approximately 2+ years of previous experience within a similar data-driven role. Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools including Power BI, Tableau, SQL & Python is a must and any previous experience working in the Forex or FinTech industry will be considered an advantage. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Manage and administer business intelligence infrastructure and solutions across the business, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Apply appropriate visualization techniques to help cross-functional teams gain critical insights.
• Translate strategic and tactical business questions into resource/data requirements.
• Design new process and strategies with support from other cross functional teams.
• Pull data from a variety of sources to provide visibility into performance; present in clear, understandable, and actionable formats.
• Provide support for ad hoc data analysis requests to the leadership team and other key stakeholders.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define the success of initiatives by aligning business objectives with metrics.
• Communicating analysis results and making recommendations to senior management.

Key Skills/Experience:

• BSc in Data Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Finance/Computer Science or relevant field
• Approximately 2+ years of experience in data analysis, design and development of reporting and business intelligence solutions.
• Strong experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python.
• Previous experience is FX industry is not mandatory but will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with clear understanding of business process flow.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in the English language, both verbal and written.
• Able to prioritize and perform well under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
