bbf: is one of the fastest growing real estate companies on the Cyprus market, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a part-time 3 month duration internship for the Talent Acquisition Admin Support role for our office in Limassol.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Schedule high volume requests of candidates for interviews
- Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition’s recruiting process
- Assist with candidate tracking
- Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions
- Administrative duties including answering phones, job postings, and interview scheduling.
Requirements for the position:
- Human Resources Degree Graduate
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to facilitate speaking with a wide variety of individuals
- High level of integrity with regard to the confidential nature of the position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
- Excellent computer skills
