Royal Pine is a boutique advisory firm offering a comprehensive spectrum of solution-based products addressing the needs of Corporate clients, Private clients or their family offices, and Regulated institutions.
Royal Pine is currently expanding its team and is looking to recruit a Front Desk Officerfor the Limassol based office.

Key Duties
The responsibilities of the successful candidate shall include amongst others:
- providing management and members of staff with support on daily operations
- office meetings and travel scheduling
- documents management and mail distribution
- office supplies management
- switchboard handling
- greeting and handling visitors
- ad hoc projects
- performing other clerical duties and related tasks as required
Competencies
- Customer service orientation
- Presentable with a positive attitude
- Fluent business level Greek and English
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative and reliability
- Team player with interpersonal skills
- Time management and organisation skills
