The Role:

We are looking for a marketing automations specialist to join our product management team. You will be responsible to administer and maintain the company’s Marketing automation platform and ensure its capabilities are fully leveraged in terms of multi-channel campaigns executions. You will work closely mostly with Product Management and Marketing Operations teams.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Administer and maintain the provided Marketing Automation Platform, to ensure efficient campaign execution and data integrity
• Develop, implement and maintain automated multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the relevant teams
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Assist in managing and cleaning data
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends, best practices and industry developments
• Build and test flows and content per channel
• Actively engage in the Customer Communications team’s day to day operations and processes, and provide innovative ideas
• Conduct thorough tests to assure the quality of new and existing campaigns
• Coordinate with Content and Translation teams
• Document and maintain platform processes and procedures

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in in marketing or related field
• 2+ year experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist, or proven experience a similar role
• Deep understanding of Marketing Automation platforms and how they work
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Very good written and verbal skills in English
