What we need!

As an ECCO Store Manager you will be managing the retail stores merchandise & inventory, maintaining operational & administrative excellence and providing training, coaching and professional development for your ECCO store team.You need to possess strong communication skills, have the ability to prioritize work, and exercising good judgement in resolving customer service issues.

You must have a positive attitude and you must act as a role model for your team and set a positive example through modeling of effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor.

There is no limit to the opportunity available for a top performer.

Compensation: Rate of pay based on relevant skills and experience. Excellent spoken and readen in Greek and English language is essential . Basic Computer skills is also essential.

Bonus: Monthly and quarterly performance bonus, based on store results and position.
