Are you a motivated and ambitious individual? We're in search of a dynamic Compliance Officer to join our expanding Compliance team (Cyprus-based and CySEC-licensed brokerage, incorporates a Cyprus Investment Firm in Limassol.).

As a key member, you will play a crucial role in fostering a strong compliance culture and serving as a vital link between Purple Trading and regulatory bodies.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON:

● Designing and possible modification of internal procedures according to regulatory requirements.

● Conduct checks, risk assessments and assist in the production of compliance reports, in accordance with our Compliance Monitoring Programme to ensure regular reviews and assessments.

● Design and monitor the implementation of the annual compliance plan, and deal with internal ad-hoc compliance requests to ensure that internal processes and policies are applied.

● Identifying and reporting breaches to the Compliance Officer.

● Reviewing marketing and advertising materials and providing amendments where needed.

● Assisting the Compliance Officer with reporting obligation requirements (e.g. Monthly Prevention Statements, Annual Compliance, and AMLCO report, other Ad-hoc reports).

● Prepare compliance trainings addressed to the employees of the company.

● Collecting and providing documents that may be requested from Auditors.

● Monitor regulatory changes, amendments, trends, or any other developments that may impact our operations and update internal records accordingly.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

● Cypriot residency.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

● Minimum 2 years experience in a compliance-related role within the financial services industry.

● Organization skills such as attention to detail and efficient communication.

● Strictness and assertiveness.

● Knowledge of the industry’s standards.

● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

WHAT IS BENEFICIAL TO HAVE:

• Professional certification in compliance (such as CySEC advanced, and CySEC AML exams)

• University Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law or another related file
