Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is seeking to recruit Porters

Responsibilities:

• Welcome, greet and welcome customers upon entrance and offer professional valet services.
• Direct guests to the reception area or the appropriate office/room.
• Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• Carry and label guests’ luggage with tags.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Operate vehicles safely and responsibility.
• Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions.
• Promptly address guests’ requests, like in-room dining.
• Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Follow evacuation rules in case of emergencies.
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints.
• Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children, and VIPs, receive personalized services.
• Inform clients of our hotel services.
• To perform any other duties assigned by Front Office Manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven safe driver and clean driving records is essential.
• Previous experience working as a Porter is preferable.
• Preferred languages: English, Greek and Russian.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills.
