Responsibilities:

• To ensure high motivation, provision of high-quality service and ongoing development.
• Assist in planning itinerary and leading groups of children in activities.
• Monitor behavior and implement appropriate disciplinary techniques.
• Maintain a safe environment for the children.
• Maintain full knowledge of emergency procedures and ensure that they are followed.
• To take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered, and ensure it meets the highest standard of Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort at all times.
• Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to the kid’s satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
• To perform any other duties assigned by Kids Club Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• University Degree or Diploma in Nursery, or relevant field.
• Comfortable leading groups of children in educational and recreational activities.
• Organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• The ability to create & implementing an activity schedule.
• Friendly, energetic & dependable.
• Strong command of English, Greek and Russian language- written & oral.
• Experience/interest in field of education preferred.
• Demonstrated skills/hobbies directly related to youth preferred.
• Certified in First Aid.
