CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of programming and statistical modelling services to the Financial Services sector, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Front-End Developer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will primarily be responsible for creating web applications, including single-page applications, as well as dynamic web applications. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Computer Science or a related field, who possess approximately 5 years of previous Front-End development experience working with core technologies including JavaScript, HTML & CSS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Front-End Developer, your primary responsibility will be to create web applications, including single-page applications and dynamic web applications. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing these applications. Working on challenging projects, you will strive to build optimal and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Ideally educated to degree level in Computer Science of a related field.
• Solid foundation in Frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, Svelte).
• Good knowledge of web architecture, including URIs, HTTP, REST APIs, and Caching.
• Ability to write well-formatted, structured, and clean code.
• Experience with Git version control system.
• Proficiency in working with Docker containers.
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processors.
• Experience working with UNIX terminal.
• Keen and able to learn new technologies.
• Happy to perform code reviews and have your code reviewed by your peers.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and flexibility to change priorities when needed.
• Must have excellent verbal communications skills.
