We are looking for an Online Executive to join our Team and be responsible for planning, execution and optimization of our online commerce efforts as well as for Online Customer Care & Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Management of ecommerce platforms (such as Farfetch)

• Website management

• Content management for Website uploads

• Responsible for Online Customer Care & Experience

• Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness

• Be actively involved in SEO efforts

• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

• Execution of Online orders

• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

• Liaison for Online support partners

• Organization of photoshoots

Requirements:

• Proven experience at a similar role

• Previous experience with online marketplaces (such as Farfetch)

• Experience with email campaigns and SEO/SEM

• Skills and experience in creative content writing

• Excellent customer service approach

• Computer literate

• Fashion oriented

• Fluent in Greek and English

• Experience in a similar position will be considered a bonus
