CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of legal services, primarily in the areas of Corporate and Immigration Law, we are seeking to recruit a Relationship Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The primary focus of the Relationship Manager is to perform activities required for the compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship program, with a particular focus on the Greek Golden Visa program, including coordination with the client, the legal department and the sales team involved in the client's application. As part of this role, the successful applicant will also support the office from an administrative perspective, helping to ensure its smooth running on a day-to-day basis. Our client is seeking applications from candidates with approximately 2+ years of previous experience in a relevant role, who possess outstanding client service and administrative skills. Any previous experience working in the immigration by investment industry is highly desirable, although not essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service throughout the investment migration process.
  • Act as primary client contact for anything related to the client application and provide professional advice in matters related to the preparation of the application.
  • Have a very good knowledge of the citizenship and residency by investment programs that our company offers with main focus the Greek Golden Visa Program.
  • Ensuring that all client documentation and application materials are complete, accurate and comply with the requirements of the program.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Oversee administrative tasks.
  • Implementing and improving office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field would be considered as an advantage.
  • Approximately 2 years of previous experience in a client relationship position within the private sector is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience in the immigration by investment industry will be considered as an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment, with focus and excellent attention to detail.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Any additional language skills will be considered a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
