CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established, global CFD broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies, we are seeking to recruit a Swedish-Speaking Client Relationship Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service, answering queries and questions in a highly professional manner via phone, email and live chat. Any previous experience working in the Forex industry will be considered a significant advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Swedish to a native or near native level and possess excellent command of the English language.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat.
• Educating clients on how to use the Company’s website and trading platforms.
• Communicating with clients regarding the company’s products and services via telephone, email and live chat.
• Assisting other departments where necessary.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Any previous experience working in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
• A native or near native level of verbal and written Swedish is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Outstanding communication and client service skills are a must.
• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
