As an experienced Affiliate Manager you will be responsible to build and maintain good relationships with the affiliate groups and help the company grow and penetrate new markets. You will identify and implement the best strategies to increase the performance of the affiliate marketing channel as well as optimize processes.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Build long term profitable relationships with our affiliates, understand the needs of our clients and manage to provide them the leads they need in a timely and professional manner;

• Work closely to the team in order to understand the need requirements and also project upcoming needs and work towards attaining them;

• Manage to negotiate good deals with affiliates;

• Increase recruiting of new affiliates;

• Optimize the procedures and processes to maximize buying and selling of traffic;

• Identify new strategies and potential partnerships;

• Represent the company and gain new market share in conferences and conventions around the world;

• Establish close communication with the top traffic providers and work towards increasing our market position;

• Work closely with the management of the company to set goals and work towards achieving them in a professional and timely manner;

• Stay current with the affiliate marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 4 years experience within marketing positioning in an AD network/ Publisher network;

• Experience in the gambling industry will be considered an advantage;

• Self motivated and goal oriented;

• Strong sales, negotiations and analytical skills;

• Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building;

• A degree in marketing will be considered an advantage;

• Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian;
