CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding, international FinTech Group of Companies, we are seeking to recruit a Product Owner to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's client-facing products, including their website. You will work closely with various departments, including Marketing and IT to ensure that products developed align with the company's overall strategy and vision. You will oversee the research and education product portfolio, from idea creation through to launch and post-launch analysis. Our client is seeking a candidate with approximately 3-5 years of proven product management experience, ideally gained from either the Forex and/or FinTech industries, with a proven track record of successful managing products from conception to launch. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Define the marketing website strategy and roadmap in alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and analyse user data to identify opportunities for website improvements and new features.
- Develop user personas and user journey maps to inform website design and functionality decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to set goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the website.
- Work closely with the CMO, marketing, design, and development teams to gather and document website requirements.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into actionable user stories, features, and tasks.
- Prioritize website features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with the CMO, design and development teams to ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and technically robust.
- Provide guidance and feedback to design and development teams during the website creation process.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure website functionality meets the defined requirements.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback to optimize website conversion rates and user experience.
- Regularly review and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website development and marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure the website aligns with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure the website provides relevant and engaging content for target audiences.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely execution of website updates and bug fixes.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in the Forex or FinTech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing products from ideation to launch.
- Knowledge of financial markets, forex trading, and investment products.
- Experience in working with education and training products will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to take informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
