CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding, international FinTech Group of Companies, we are seeking to recruit an Email Marketing Officer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Email Marketing Officer, you will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, scheduling, and deployment. You will work closely with the content team and designers to create persuasive email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Our client is seeking a candidate who ideally holds an academic background relating to Marketing, PR and/or Communications, who must possess proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist. Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation software is essential, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Working with the content team and designers to create persuasive email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Creating and optimizing email templates for various campaigns and target segments, ensuring brand consistency and a positive user experience.
  • Managing subscriber lists, segmentation, and email preferences to deliver highly personalized and relevant content to different customer segments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales and product teams, to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies and product launches.
  • Conducting A/B tests and analysing campaign results to optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall engagement metrics.
  • Monitoring and maintaining email deliverability, ensuring compliance with anti-spam regulations and best practices.
  • Implementing email marketing automation funnels, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns, to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in email marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key email marketing metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the marketing analytics team to segment and analyse customer data to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
  • Staying informed about customer preferences, market trends, and competitors' email marketing strategies to identify new opportunities and industry benchmarks.
  • Monitoring and managing the email marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation software.
  • Excellent editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email design and coding.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of anti-spam regulations, data privacy, and email compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative email marketing strategies.
