CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding, international FinTech Group of Companies, we are seeking to recruit an SEO Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings, as well as conducting thorough keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field and will need to possess approximately 5+ years of proven experience working in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic. With offices in Limassol, hybrid working conditions apply for this role.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conducting thorough keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Performing on-page optimization, including meta tags, URL structure, keyword placement, and internal linking to enhance website visibility and crawlability.
- Optimizing website content and landing pages to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Conducting competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark against competitors, and identify areas for improvement.
- Staying updated with search engine algorithms, industry best practices, and SEO trends to ensure the implementation of effective strategies.
- Monitoring and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborating with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and development processes.
- Driving off-page optimization strategies, including link building, guest blogging, and influencer outreach, to improve website authority and visibility.
- Developing and present regular reports on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, conversions, and other key metrics, to stakeholders and management.
- Staying informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to provide innovative ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any other related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present SEO strategies and reports to stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Certifications in SEO and digital marketing will be considered as an advantage.
