On behalf of a client, a corporate services provider, we invite applications from enthusiastic, hard-working and ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Corporate Services Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Department.

• Draft and review various types of agreements and contracts.

• Prepare and submit related documentation to the authorities.

• Liaise with banks in Cyprus and overseas and provide solutions to complex issues.

• Active involvement in maintaining business relationships with external associates and governmental authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a corporate services related role in a medium / large corporate services provider, accounting, or law firm.

• Experience in the banking industry (preferably at International Business Unit) or in a corporate services provider role dealing with banking requests.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

• Attention to detail and overall organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, and work under pressure.
