CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding, international FinTech Group of Companies, we are seeking to recruit an AppStore Optimization Specialist to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an AppStore Optimization Specialist you will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for the organic growth of the Group’s app's visibility and relevance in various app stores. You will need to possess approximately 3+ years of proven experience with App Store Optimization (ASO), with hands-on experience of achieving organic traffic growth. An excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written is a must for this position. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a strategy for the growth of organic ASO traffic:
- Optimization of search results and work in AppStore keywords.
- Increasing the conversion of pages in the AppStore.
- Formation and iteration of hypotheses that contribute to the growth of organic ASO traffic.
- Regular testing of new strategies and search for trends.
- Interaction with the creative team to work with graphic materials.
- Taking an active part in shaping the processes and strategy of the ASO department of the company.
Key Skills/Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in ASO direction (text and graphic optimization).
- Hands-on experience in achieving organic app traffic > 50% of total traffic.
- Experience in conducting a/b tests of graphic materials based on formulated hypotheses and evaluating their results.
- Understanding the general principles of the App Store / Google Play algorithms and the ability to gain new knowledge experimentally.
- Formation and iteration of hypotheses.
- Experience in self-creation of the semantic core (iOS, Android) for a product on the international market.
- Skill in working with ASO-analytics: criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of promotion, market analysis, share of market, TOPs.
- Experience with analytical services: Branch, ASODesk, ASOMobile, AppFollow, AppsFlyer.
- Experience of interaction with Internal Creative Team for creation of graphic materials.
- Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written.
