CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies that provide solutions and services primarily to the iGaming and Forex industries, we are seeking to recruit a Banking & PSP Onboarding Coordinator to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for facilitating the seamless onboarding of new banking clients or PSP merchants, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will act as a liaison between the Group and the clients/merchants, ensuring a positive onboarding experience while adhering to the company's risk management and due diligence procedures. Our client is seeking applicants with relevant experience gained working in the Forex or a related industry who possess sound knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance procedures.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new banking clients or PSP merchants, coordinating with various internal teams (compliance, legal, risk) and external partners (regulatory bodies, third-party providers) as necessary.
• Collect and review all required documentation and information from clients/merchants, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
• Conduct background checks and due diligence on potential clients/merchants to assess their eligibility and compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Ensure all onboarding processes adhere to industry regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, and other relevant guidelines.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to implement and maintain robust AML and KYC procedures, identifying and reporting any suspicious or high-risk activities.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, adjusting onboarding processes accordingly.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients/merchants during the onboarding process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide guidance and support to clients/merchants to ensure they meet all necessary requirements for successful onboarding.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with clients/merchants, fostering a positive and lasting impression of the organization.
• Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process, streamlining workflows and identifying areas for optimization.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall onboarding experience.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a relevant position gained working in the Forex or related industry is essential.
• Sound knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with banking systems, financial technology, and risk management tools is advantageous.
