Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our client a highly respected and licensed Forex company, are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer for their Limassol office.

Responsibilities:

• Install, replace, and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and
• applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues/conflicts and repair
• Install and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Server 2012/2016/201
• Administer Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and domain
• controller administration
• Work with Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
• Assist with administration of Azure Portal
• Administer Atlassian apps Confluence and Jira for the ticketing system as well as the
• wiki, logging all helpdesk requests
• Own the onboarding and offboarding procedures with relevant ticket creation and
• tasks related.
• Monitor and administer tools like Pulseway, Cloud PBX, and other monitoring
• systems
• Onboard users and configure permissions according to requests on our CRM system
• and general administration
• Provide guidance and support to users in all IT-related matters/issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or related field
• Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer
• hardware and software, including Windows 10/11, Server 2012/2016/2019
• Microsoft Office 365 suite, and Azure Portal experience
• Experience with Active Directory administration, including user management, group
• policies, and domain controller administration
• Experience with Atlassian apps Confluence and Jira for the ticketing system and wiki
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Knowledge of Pulseway, Cloud PBX, and other monitoring systems is a Plus
