Position: Property Lawyer

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters, including property acquisitions, leasing, financing, and disputes.

• Draft and review various legal documents, contracts, agreements, and leases related to property transactions.

• Conduct due diligence on properties and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings related to property disputes.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in property laws and regulations to effectively advise clients and ensure legal compliance.

• Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

**Requirements:*

• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.

• Active license to practice law as a Property Lawyer.

• Proven experience in property law, with a strong track record of successful cases and transactions.

• Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to clients clearly.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in legal documentation.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
