CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Group of Companies that develop cutting-edge Fintech products for the Financial Services sector, we are seeking to recruit a Finance Manager with experience in the Forex industry to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to the CFO, the successful applicant will oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable regulations, including payment service providers, bank account opening and related processes. You should be educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another relevant field and will need to be a full member of a recognised accounting body (ACA/ACCA/CPA), with approximately 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles, with specific experience in the Forex industry.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable regulations, including payment service providers, opening bank accounts and related processes.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analysis for management, investors, and external parties.
• Monitor and review financial performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary measures.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing variance analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate and manage the financial audit process, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and working closely with external auditors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights for new projects, investments, and acquisitions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to financial management.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance is a plus.
• Fully Qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA.
• Approximately 7+ years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles, with specific experience in the Forex industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software, spreadsheet applications, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to effectively manage and develop a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
