CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a number of English-Speaking Brand Ambassadors to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Brand Ambassador you will primarily be responsible for ensuring customers of specific brands allocated to you enjoy an excellent client experience. You will also create personalised campaigns and incentives for specific customer and communicate them by Phone, Email and SMS. No specific working experience is required, as full training will be provided, although any previous customer service experience is desirable, as well as excellent communication skills. A native and/or very advanced level of verbal and written English is essential as well as the willingness to commit to rotational shift patterns (10:00 to 19:00, 13:00 to 22:00 & 18:00 to 03:00). No Sunday shifts apply.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Caring for new customers, ensuring they are having an excellent client experience.
• Creating personalised campaigns and communicate them to customers via Phone, Emails & SMS.
• Assisting customers experiencing problems in the payment process.
• Going the extra mile to engage with customers.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience working in a Customer Service related role is highly desirable, although not essential as full training will be provided.
• A native or very advanced level of verbal and written English is essential.
• Customer orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to a variety of people and characters.
• Strong communication/public relation skills along with active listening skills are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
• Computer literate, including the MS Office suite of products.
• Results orientated.
• Excellent team player.
• Willingness and ability to commit to rotational shift-patterns.
