CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Group of Companies with diverse business interests, we are seeking to recruit an SAP & Business Applications Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for leading SAP system integrations and overseeing the implementation of software systems across the Group. You will need to possess approximately 2+ years of proven experience working with SAP, ideally as a Consultant and knowledge and experience with other ERP systems such as NetSuite will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
• Assessing existing business application and recommending improvements.
• Evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of existing business processes and recommending improvements to them.
• Conducting training sessions for new employees on the use of software applications.
• Developing strategic business plans for the organization based on emerging industry trends, new technologies, and other factors that could have an impact on the company’s success in the future.
• Serving as a liaison between IT departments and other departments within the organization to ensure that all business processes are supported by technology.
• Analyzing data from surveys and focus groups to determine customer satisfaction levels with products and services offered by the company.
• Reviewing employee performance and providing feedback to help improve productivity.
• Identifying new business opportunities for the company and developing plans for capitalizing on them.
• Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
• Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
• Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
• Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
• Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar preferred.
• Specialization in Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
• At least 2 years' experience as an SAP consultant is essential.
• SAP accredited certification is highly desirable.
• Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
• Knowledge / Experience with other ERP system (NetSuite etc. ) is a significant advantage.
• Communication is an essential skill for this role, to convey information, answer questions, solve problems and build relationships.
• Be able to lead effectively, being able to motivate and inspire others, delegate tasks and provide guidance.
• Should be able to understand the business world and how to apply your knowledge to real-world situations. Business acumen is an important skill for business analysts, as it allows them to make informed decisions about the software and technology their company should invest in.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions based on the information you have. about software, hardware and other business needs.
• Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
