On behalf of our client, is seeking to hire a dynamic and skilled Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement Officer to join their organization. As the Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing various projects while also establishing and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders. You will be an essential link between project teams, external partners, and funding organizations to ensure successful project execution and promote the organization's objectives.

Reponsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project leaders and teams to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to deadlines.
3. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proper strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
4. Regularly communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders and management.
5. Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand their expectations, needs, and concerns related to the projects.
6. Facilitate regular communication and engagement activities with stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
7. Address stakeholders' queries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring their interests are appropriately considered throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Prepare clear and concise project reports, progress updates, and presentations for various stakeholders, including management and funding agencies.
9. Organize and participate in project meetings, workshops, and conferences, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
10. Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation, maintaining records of project-related activities, decisions, and outcomes.
11. Assist in budget planning and monitoring of project expenses, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.

Requirements

1. University degree.
2. Fluency in English and Greek (written and oral).
3. Relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
4. Very good computer literacy.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Knowledge of research processes, grant applications, and funding procedures is advantageous.
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate project records.
