CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding technology provider to the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit an Advertising Technology Expert to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Advertising Technology Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of advertising technology, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tracking Pixels, Hotjar, AppsFlyer, and mobile app integration. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing advertising campaigns, and enhancing user experiences across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketing professional with a deep understanding of advertising technology tools and their seamless integration for successful marketing initiatives.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising technology strategy that aligns with the company's advertising objectives and overall business goals.
• Identify and evaluate relevant advertising technology solutions to enhance campaign performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
• Oversee the implementation and configuration of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track website and app user behavior, conversions, and marketing attribution.
• Ensure accurate data tracking through custom events, triggers, and tags.
• Manage the setup and integration of tracking pixels for various advertising platforms, such as Facebook, Google Ads, and other display networks.
• Monitor pixel performance and troubleshoot any tracking issues to ensure accurate campaign attribution.
• Utilize Hotjar or similar tools to analyze user behavior and interactions on websites and mobile apps.
• Generate insights to improve user experience, identify pain points, and optimize conversion funnels.
• Lead the integration and management of AppsFlyer or other mobile attribution platforms to track user acquisition, in-app events, and app campaign performance.
• Collaborate with mobile app development teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate data collection.
• Perform in-depth data analysis using advertising technology tools to extract actionable insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize advertising campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate advertising technology with other marketing and data platforms, such as CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Ensure that advertising technology practices adhere to data protection regulations and industry security standards.
• Implement measures to safeguard sensitive customer data and maintain data privacy.
• Manage relationships with advertising technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and assess the performance of service providers.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven as an Advertising Technology Expert, Marketing Technology Manager, or a similar role with comprehensive expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, Hotjar, AppsFlyer, and mobile app integration.
• In-depth understanding of marketing principles, advertising technology trends, and digital advertising strategies.
• Proficiency in advertising technology tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, AppsFlyer, and other relevant platforms.
• Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their application in advertising technology.
• Excellent project management and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement in advertising technology.
