We are looking for a financial expert that will be working with leaders of certain business units and IT department to identify and execute transformational initiatives. Basically, it means becoming an expert in the processes of some specific business unit and taking a role of its business partner representing financial function. The transformational initiatives are high visibility projects that help to achieve the Group its long-term strategic goals and will be assessed and controlled by the top-management team.

The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and confident, with a natural drive to exceed immediate project requirements. A genuine passion for transformation, combined with relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills will be key to success.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead complex financial analysis for a business unit, exercising a strong understanding of its processes and goals to help in determining the best solutions for it to achieve the objectives
• Consult with business leaders to drive and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope (e.g., business planning, business analysis and development, balancing risk, analyzing significant deals, etc.)
• Develop, automatize and process current management reporting and budgeting processes
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the business
• Proactively drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the business unit
• Actively review, analyze, and manage the key controls within the business unit
• Prepare presentations of the business unit’s performance report
• Work with IT department to improve development of program reports and data integrity

Requirements for the position:

• Experience in a similar role for at least 5 years or audit experience with Big four Audit Firm
• ACCA/ACA member

• Excellent English communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS office software (pivot tables)

• Experience with accounting software with SAP Business One being preferable
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
