bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Head of sales, (Luxury furniture shop)
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Set sales goals and develop strategies to meet them.
- Oversee daily operations of the sales team.
- Maintain relationships with key customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies.
- Analyse data to identify areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery.
- Report on sales performance regularly
Requirements for the position:
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred, especially within luxury goods or furniture.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts including budgeting, forecasting, profit margins, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (e.g., SAP)
- English language is a must, Russian and Greek will be considered as an advantage.
