CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Project Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Communication or another related field and possess approximately 3+ years of experience managing and executing marketing projects within the Forex industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans for marketing initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, creative services, content creators, and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Define project scope, goals, and requirements, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape, providing valuable input for project planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative briefs, review marketing materials, and provide guidance on brand consistency and messaging.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Evaluate project outcomes, measure performance against key metrics, and provide insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry developments, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies and project execution.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Management or a similar field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role within the Forex industry.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (Jira/Monday.com) to track progress, manage resources, and analyze data.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements or priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to project deliverables.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive them to successful completion.
