CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Website Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Web Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our client’s website, ensuring its functionality, security, and optimal performance. An academic background relating to Information Technology, Marketing or a related field is desirable and you should possess previous experience with CMS/CRM systems and ideally Email platforms. Excellent verbal and written communications in English are essential.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the organization's website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to implement website enhancements, new features, and functionalities.
- Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve any technical issues, broken links, or usability problems.
- Ensure website security by implementing necessary security measures, conducting regular backups, and staying updated with the latest security best practices.
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal stakeholders, including content creators and marketing teams, ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely manner.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University Degree in Marketing or Information Technology.
- IT background will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience with CMS/CRM Systems.
- Experience with Email Platforms.
- Good use of Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in the English language. Any other language will be considered a strong plus.
- A willingness to learn, operate and adapt in a hands-on, fast paced environment.
- Capability to work with strict deadlines and multi-tasking.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards for website content and user experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving web technologies and industry trends.
