CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding provider of Audit & Accounting services to both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will play a key role supporting the smooth running of a busy office, including managing daily secretarial, administrative and organizational task, welcoming and assisting clients, as well as providing key support with accounting-related tasks. An academic background relating to Business Administration or Secretarial Studies is desirable and you should possess some relevant experience in an administrative capacity. Any previous accounting and/or bookkeeping experience and knowledge is highly desirable and fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is a must.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing daily secretarial, administrative and organizational task.
- Preparation of emails and letters.
- Welcoming and assisting clients.
- Directing telephone requests.
- Dealing with electronic and hard copy archiving of client documents.
- Reception duties.
- Setting up and managing appointments.
- Answering managing phone calls.
- Assisting in preparation of reports and company’s documents.
- Assisting with the accounting of a small portfolio of local and international clients.
- Assisting the accounting department in administration and bookkeeping.
- Preparation of reports from the accounting software.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax forms in Taxisnet and organising payments through the Tax Portal platform.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of VAT, VIES returns.
- Assisting with the end-to-end preparation of client’s payroll.
- Documentation and filing of accounting transactions in an organized manner.
Key Skills/Experience:
- High School leaving certificate.
- Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Relevant working experience in Administration and/or Bookkeeping is highly desirable.
- Holder of LCCI in Accounting, CAT, AAT or any other equivalent qualifications will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritization of work.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
