A new project (bar-restaurant) in Nicosia specializing in outstanding hospitality and entertainment services is looking to recruit Chef- Cooks .

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the daily menu, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our standards and delight customers.
• Food preparation and presentation including cooking, plating & garnishing.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain the highest quality of Hospitality.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
• responsible for ensuring that all food leaving the kitchen meets Picnic’s quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Passion for cooking
• Passion for hospitality
• Excellent communication
• Good vibes and positive energy.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain the highest standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory.
