We are looking to recruit a consultant based in Paphos. We have a UK team based in Paphos, Cyprus. We are construction recruitment company working on fast paced, lucrative desks.

You will be offered a full training scheme and work alongside some experienced recruiters to help you improve your skills.

Salary - up to 2000 euros per month plus commision.

As a recruitment consultant you will be tasked with candidate generation and supporting the team with the follwoing:

• Fluent english a must
• Candidate management
• Database maintenance
• Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
• Interviewing candidates and processing application forms
• Reference checking
• Daily contact with temporary staff
• Dealing with general queries relating to contracts
• Business Administration

Person

• Bright, bubbly, and enthusiastic
• Previous experience of working in a recruitment environment
• Business Administration experience
• Good business acumen
• Very good customer service skills
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages essential
• Payroll experience desired but not essential
