IronFX is a leading global online broker specializing in Forex, CFDs, Commodities and Spot Metals since 2010. Noteris Services Limited on behalf of IronFX is currently looking to hire an experienced IT Technician.

Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the organization regarding IT-related matters
• Resolve requests and incidents logged in the Helpdesk ticketing system by local and remote users, or escalate them to the appropriate IT Team
• Maintain and update the Helpdesk ticketing software to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Administer and provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, MFPs, VoIP devices, and smartphones
• Develop and uphold IT Helpdesk policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support services
• Manage inventory of all equipment and software licenses to maintain accurate records and facilitate procurement processes
• Deploy new hardware and software as required, ensuring proper installation and configuration
• Contribute to the day-to-day administration and monitoring of the enterprise backup systems
• Work closely with the Head of Helpdesk

Person Specification:

• Possess a University degree in Information Systems or a related field
• 2-3 years' of relevant technical experience
• Fluent in both verbal and written English language skills
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results within established timelines
• Demonstrate self-motivation, the ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
