For our Store in Nicosia, Cyprus, we are looking for:

Maintenance Team Leader

The Position:

Reporting to the Market Financial Controller & Business Navigator you are responsible and accountable:

• To achieve maximum operating efficiency, optimizing shifts, the operating budget and all other resources
• To partner with other departments to manage an efficient energy conservation program
• To ensure that all company, legal and health & safety guidelines are followed in all areas of responsibility and at all times
• To closely monitor, control and improve all operating costs and KPIs’ related to the area of responsibility
• To supervise and guide maintenance co-workers and building/construction contractors as needed
• To maintain and be the contact person for: HVAC, electrical equipment, generator, lighting, firefighting, firealarm system ,fire extinguishing systems and other fire prevention systems, sewage, plumbing, water, gas lines,energy equipment, fuels, Building Automation systems, ups, emergency lighting system, elevators, escalators, alarm systems and reverse osmosis system
• To participate in all negotiations and monitor the performance of all external service contracts for the area of responsibility

• Ability on resolving technical problems of building’s installation and systems
• Commercial Thinking and Customer Focus
• Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
• Good People management skills
• Very good communication skills and team oriented personality
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Good command of the Greek & English language
• Good knowledge of Ms Office
• Technical University, Institute or College Degree of relevant field Electrician degree or permit (Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού)
