On behalf of our client, a regulated Broker leading FinTech company, we are looking to hire a Head of Design and Production for Limassol or Nicosia offices.

This will be determined during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Lead cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager on the creative direction of campaigns.

• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.

• Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape.

• Maintain and establish high creative and quality standards.

• Oversee the design and production process to ensure the quality of all outputs.

• Manage the creative process on an ongoing basis, throughout all stages of production.

• Work with team members from creative development to presentations.

Qualifications:

• BSc in design, marketing, or a related field.

• Min. 5 years of experience in art direction and/or visual design in the financial industry.

• Min. 2 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Leadership experience managing and motivating a creative team.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, creative and conceptualization skills.

• Strong foundation in typography, layout, and design.

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.

• Advanced level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other design programs.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience in digital production agency or gaming industry will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in languages such as mandarin and cantonese will be an advantage.
