We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Marketing Team Leader to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing goals, strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and display advertising).
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better results.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences.
• Oversee content creation, distribution, and promotion across various channels.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, interact with followers, and monitor social media trends.
• Monitor website performance, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Regularly analyze website traffic and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and optimize ad copy for maximum ROI.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
• Segment email lists, create compelling content, and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Create regular reports detailing key performance metrics, campaign results, and insights.
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks and ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, developers, and other stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 6 years in Marketing and a further 2 years’ experience in leading a team.
• In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media insights).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
