CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated investment firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Data Analyst to join their growing team based in Nicosia. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in either Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or another relevant field who possess a minimum of 2+ years of previous experience in the Data Analysis field. You will need to be an advanced user of MS Excel & MS SQL and have some knowledge and experience with tools such as Power BI, Sisense, Tableau, Google Analytics and/or Firebase. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conducting analysis related to the sales/acquisition’s funnels and customer intent.
• Transform business requirements into BI solutions by collaborating with data scientists, business analysts, senior managers, and other organizational stakeholders.
• Analyses A/B and Multivariate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
• Measure ROI of online acquisition campaigns
• Reporting on acquisition KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
• Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports. monitoring budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns and make recommendations for adjustments.
• Conducting competitive research and analysing benchmarking data
• Providing recommendations for campaign optimizations while working with the Digital Marketing team
• Working closely with the digital marketing team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition channels.
• Become a focal point for all data-related matters in the organization.

Key Skills/Experience:

• University Degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or any other relevant field.
• 2 years’ experience as a Data Analyst is a must.
• Previous experience in the Financial Services sector is advantageous.
• Ability to understand data and transform it into insights.
• Mastery of the following analytical tools: modelling and reporting in Excel/Access and SQL
• Experience with Power-BI, Sisense, Tableau, Google Analytics, Firebase.
• Good understanding of marketing channels strategies and acquisition practices.
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience.
• Analytical mind with the ability to understand and explain variances.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Great analysis abilities, energetic and fast learning with a "make it happen" approach.
