We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic candidate who wants to become part of our team as a Head of Brokerage (medior position). If you are interested in forex, financial markets, and looking to move your career in brokerage to another level, we have a great opportunity for you!

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON:

• Participate in coordinating and conducting trading operations on the market.

• Taking care of the trading infrastructure.

• Assist with analyzing market trends and the competitive environment.

• Evaluate risks

• Provide reports to senior management and/or other relevant departments

• Provide assistance to other departments with their requests related to the brokerage department

• Be in communication with CySEC, Auditors or any other authority that will ask questions or require cooperation.

• Being in communication and proactively managing relationships with service providers that help the brokerage department to fulfill its obligations.

• Proactively improving level of service of the brokerage department, mainly from the regulatory perspective when it comes to meeting the regulatory and legal requirements.

• Actively participate in training and develop your knowledge and skills in brokerage.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• English language proficiency - B2 level.

• knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms (experience in brokerage is an advantage).

• Analytical skills and experience with data processing.

• Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Determination and willingness to develop in the field of brokerage.

• CySEC advanced certificate
