We are seeking for a client facing colleague who is able to undertake general tax compliance services duties and to provide clients with exceptional services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or other relevant field
• Qualification in ACA or ACCA
• At least 4 (four) years working experience in a relevant position
• Excellent knowledge of the Cyprus tax legislation
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Computer literate (MS Office, bookkeeping software)
• Pleasant personality
• Self-motivated
• Organizational and time management skills

Duties:

• Prepare or review client’s income tax calculations for clients doing business in various industries
• Completion and submission of tax returns for companies and individuals
• Dealing with various tax matters including calculation of income taxes, deemed dividends, income tax registration/deregistration
• Perform Tax audits on clients and be able to prepare reports with relevant findings and proposals
• Prepare and/or assist with the preparation of Transfer Pricing studies and Local files for clients, in compliance with the Law and Regulations and relevant OECD Guidelines
• Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise in tax related matters
• Direct communication with tax authorities, and managing all tax-related issues
• Keeping up to date with all developments in the field of local direct taxation
