CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a prestigious Boutique Law Firm, we are seeking to recruit a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the reception area, providing general secretarial assistance to the team of advocates, overseeing internal and external communication, conducting various administrative tasks, and upholding an organized filing system, both physically and digitally. An academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable and you will need to possess excellent organisational skills, and high attention to detail. Fluency in both Greek & English is essential and any knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the reception area and its management.
  • Providing comprehensive secretarial assistance to a group of advocates.
  • Managing both internal and external communication and correspondence.
  • Executing various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Establishing and upholding an organized filing system, encompassing case and file management in both physical and digital formats.
  • Performing office support duties such as attending court and land registry visits, interfacing with public authorities, banks, service providers, couriers, and postal services.
  • Undertaking corporate administration tasks, which may include Registrar of Company filings.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Ideally educated in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or a related field.
  • Proficient computer skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Zygos legal software or other relevant databases will be viewed as a beneficial attribute.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Greek and English; knowledge of Russian will be an additional advantage.
  • Robust analytical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to uphold confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
  • Exceptional interpersonal aptitude coupled with strong communication skills.
