CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a Real Estate Development & Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join their growing team. As a Senior Architect you will play a central role in leading and overseeing the architectural design process, ensuring the successful execution of the company’s projects from concept to completion. The successful applicant should hold a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in architecture, have a Professional registration as an Architect and possess a Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects. Fluency in English and Greek is a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the architectural design process for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including engineers, project managers, interior designers, to develop comprehensive design solutions that meet client requirements.
• Production of architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to create visually compelling presentations and proposals for clients.
• Manage relationships with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional registration as an Architect.
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD and Rhino.
• Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of planning codes, building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Proven project management abilities and quick problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
