Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and updating job descriptions

• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels

• Screening incoming resumes and application forms

• Interviewing candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

• Advertising job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

• Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

• Sending job offer emails and answering queries about compensation and benefits

• Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs

• Acting as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Job Requirements

• 1 year of recruitment experience (in-house or external) of ideally FinTech related roles;

• Knowledge of sourcing candidates;

• Europe Talent Market knowledge is a plus;

• LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge is a plus;

• Professional English level;
