Zero Time Services Ltd specializes in Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance. We are seeking to recruit a motivated Operations Officer to join our team in Limassol.

The primary role of the Operations Officer is to manage all aspects of moving customers’ freight via air, sea and road transportation, ensuring the highest standards are all always delivered and all shipments are transported as per the customers’ instructions.

Responsibilites:

• Manage the end-to-end process of transportation of cargo
• Engaging with freight forwarders to schedule shipments, negotiate rates, and oversee transportation logistics
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are prioritised and satisfied
• Providing and reviewing relevant shipping documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing list, certificates of origin)
• Producing quotations, price and timelines for shipments to our customers
• Tracking shipments and notify clients regarding cargo arrival
• Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Shipping, Management or any other relevant field
• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sector and understanding of general logistics terms will be considered as an advantage. Previous professional experience is not obligatory, applications by newly graduates are welcome.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language both in verbal and written communication
• Excellent computer literacy
