CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a regulated Investment Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Partnership Analyst to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Senior Partnership Analyst you will be responsible for optimizing the Partner/IB onboarding process, working closely with the sales department to put in place rebate structures for IBs, as well as analysing partners performance vs client’s performance. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally possess strong knowledge of the Financial Markets, with previous trading experience considered a significant advantage. You will need to be highly numeric with strong knowledge of MS Excel, including the use of PivotTables. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, with any additional language skills considered a plus.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Setup, coordinate and execute IB commission rebate structure.
• Evaluate the IB rebate structure deal.
• Review and compare how competitive our client is in comparison to their competitors.
• Coordinate with the Risk, Customer Support, Back-Office and Sales departments regularly.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, analyze IB performance VS client’s performance, as well as company profitability.
• Verify and check IBs earnings, work closely with Risk department, to identify toxic clients associated with IBs, and take necessary actions.
• Monitor and report partners activities and performance.

Key Skills/Experience:

• An academic background relating to Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a similar field is desirable.
• Knowledge and experience in the Financial Markets is highly desirable.
• Strong trading experience and background will be considered a significant advantage.
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel including PivotTables.
• Good mathematical knowledge and numerical ability is a must.
• Knowledgeable in terms pips, points, and instruments calculation Forex, METALS, Indices, etc...
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze IB’s offering and IB’s earnings.
• Possess a good understanding relating to IBs and rebate structures.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; any additional language skills will be considered a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
