CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a CySEC licenced investment firm with expanding operations in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Sales Administrator to join their growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing critical support to the sales department by assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient processes, and contributing to the overall success of sales operations. Our client is seeking applicants who hold academic backgrounds relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar, who possess outstanding administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and perform data analysis is required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Familiarity with basic sales concepts and processes is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain sales-related procedures, including document management, data entry, and record-keeping, to facilitate smooth sales processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, clients, and other internal teams to gather and organize sales-related information.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Utilize Excel to create and update spreadsheets, track sales data, and generate reports for analysis.
- Help manage tasks and projects using designated task management tools, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned.
- Learn and utilize the basic functionalities of the CRM system to input and retrieve customer data and sales-related information.
- Support sales team members in administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel if necessary.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Holder of a University degree in Business Management, Business Administration and/or Diplomas or certificates in Secretarial studies will be considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with basic sales processes and concepts is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and perform data analysis.
- Fast learner with a proactive approach to tasks and learning new tools.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changes.
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Proficient in using task management tools to stay organized.
- Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software applications.
