CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Real Estate Investment Firm with regional operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant to join their growing team. A fully remote opportunity within Cyprus, the successful applicant will provide critical day-to-day support to a senior member of the Management Team. An academic background in Business Administration or a related field is desirable, and you will need to possess extensive, proven experience in a relevant role supporting Senior Management. You will have experience with diary and travel management, be highly discreet and organised, as well as fluent in both verbal and written English. This represents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant to join a growing, international company with a healthy and vibrant culture.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Business and personal diary management, including ‘gatekeeping’ where necessary.
- Arrange and assist with presentations for meetings, most being of confidential nature.
- Book and oversee travel arrangements (visas, accommodation, flights, restaurants, transportation, etc), trying to ensure the most commercially viable options.
- Organise external and internal meetings, conference calls and video conferences with clients and their assistants.
- Draft and respond to business and personal emails, as needed.
- Assist with research, producing reports as needed.
- Check invoices, obtain CEO approval, and make timely payments.
- Forward copies of invoices and expenses to the company’s accountants.
- Organise and archive all financial records, including bank correspondence, invoices and expenses.
- Any ad-hoc duties where necessary.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration will be considered an advantage.
- Proven relevant experience as an EA supporting Senior Executive level is essential.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to quickly build rapport and able to act independently with senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience with travel management.
- Experience and skill in managing stakeholders in a complex, fast-moving environment.
- Highest level of integrity and professional discretion at all times.
- Ability to work in multiple time zones.
- Excellent time management skills with highly developed organizational and prioritization skills and proven event management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
