CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Group of Companies that specialise in the provision of Real Estate Investment Services, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships for the Group. Your role will involve researching and analysing market trends and developing strategies to expand the client base, aimed at building and maintaining relationships with potential investors and partners. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 5 years of relevant experience, gained working in Client Relationship Management with an understanding of Credit Finance and Real Estate. Fluency in verbal and written Greek & English is essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and institutions, industry trends, and competition.
• Stay updated on market dynamics and industry developments in order to identify business development opportunities.
• Build a pipeline of potential investors identifying, targeting and generating leads through various channels such as networking and attending industry events and daily meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors nurturing trust and loyalty.
• Develop a deep understanding of our firm’s products and services by continuously enhancing skills and knowledge in order to excel in presentations with potential clients.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings with Management Team to track performance to meet individual and team targets.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Approximately 5 years of previous experience in Business Development and/or Client Relationship Management.
• A sound understanding of Credit Finance and/or Real Estate.
• Previous experience working in the Banking Sector will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
